I am a therapist and life coach committed to supporting people on their journey of healing and Self-discovery. I am passionate about helping others get to the root of their shame, fear, and self-doubt so they can experience richness in their life rather than merely existing. I believe therapy and coaching are co-creative processes and will help you strengthen your relationship with your Self (body, mind, heart, and soul) so you can become your own Inner Guide. My desire is to help you connect with your innate wisdom in order to heal past wounds, navigate present challenges, and chart your future direction. I believe in the power of deep inner work and have a background in transpersonal psychology (Psychosynthesis), parts work (Internal Family Systems), mindfulness, and Reiki. I genuinely enjoy journeying with others who are interested in discovering more about themselves and what it means to live as a soul on earth.
